Summary: suitable for executive and family with older children. 2Q, 1 S, aircon, self-contained. Cots free for 1 child under 4. Built around 20 years ago this apartment occupies part of a prime site in Fremantle facing Little High Street. It takes advantage of sweeping views over the coast and ocean from two levels of balcony to the south and west. The vista takes in the scenery over the restaurants and yachts to Garden Island to the south and directly out to the west where the tugs can be seen with the large ships in the approach to the harbour. There is also a charming view of the Round House on its rocky outcrop – an historic building of great interest and unusual design. The ground floor of the building is the entry lobby with a common garden at the rear that contains some outdoor seating and well-maintained BBQ area. The apartment is spread over two levels. Security is very high and there are two secure undercover carparking places which are entered from a drive off Cliff Street at the back of Little High Street to level 1. From the lobby the lift to level 4 brings you to a long corridor at the south end of which is the front door. You step into a small entry which opens to a large living and dining room with L-shaped balcony following the line of the windows with white marble flooring. This level is fully airconditioned. The vista here is stunning. On the left is the door to the upstairs powder room and which leads to good size galley kitchen, also L-shaped, with access to the balcony. Downstairs are the three bedrooms, one master bedroom with TV and ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet), another queen bedroom with dvd player, the third bedroom is currently locked and used as the owners store. Bookings:
* Please let us know as soon as possible of any changes
* Reconfirmation of early bookings is required before 1st October. 50% of the total cost of the booking will be taken from the credit card unless other arrangements have been made.
* One night non-refundable deposit is taken if any booking made for the period 15th December –15th January is cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS:
* Cancellation without notice:
If you just do not turn up without notifying us we will take 50% of the total charge from the credit card.
* Cancellation within two weeks of the start date of the booking incurs a fee equal to 2 days.
Cancellation within 48 hours - there is no normal refund (at the discretion of the management).
* If a stay is reduced in length then discount for long stays will be forfeited.
You may like to take out travel insurance to cover you for any problems that may occur.
