Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions Christmas/New Year Bookings & Cancellation Policy
Bookings:
* Please let us know as soon as possible of any changes
* Reconfirmation of early bookings is required before 1st October. 50% of the total cost of the booking will be taken from the credit card unless other arrangements have been made.
* One night non-refundable deposit is taken if any booking made for the period 15th December –15th January is cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS:
* Cancellation without notice:
If you just do not turn up without notifying us we will take 50% of the total charge from the credit card.
* Cancellation within two weeks of the start date of the booking incurs a fee equal to 2 days. Cancellation within 48 hours - there is no normal refund (at the discretion of the management).
* If a stay is reduced in length then discount for long stays will be forfeited.
You may like to take out travel insurance to cover you for any problems that may occur.
