Unlimited overseas medical & hospital costs, loss of deposits & cancellation fees.
Unlimited additional expenses due to injury, illness, repatriation back to Australia, delays due to strikes or severe weather, loss of passport & travel documents.
High cover limits, at no extra cost, for personal effects, either taken with you or purchased during the trip. These limits are:

Up to $6000 for Laptop computers, and up to $3000 for Golf club sets, cameras and video equipment.

All other items of luggage and personal effects such as mobile phones and portable audio equipment, are covered up to $1000 per item or set. Includes cover for fraudulent use of lost or stolen credit cards.
Rental Vehicle Excess
Provides up to $2000, for the amount payable to your rental company if your vehicle is damaged or stolen. Driver of the rented vehicle must make sure that the vehicle has ‘comprehensive insurance’.
24 Hour Emergency Assistance (Telephone Reverse Charge)
Gives peace of mind around the clock and around the world for any travel related problem. Our emergency service is the largest medical assistance network in the world, utilizing air ambulances when and where necessary.

Existing Health Disorder
We assess a wide range of pre-existing medical conditions for both young & elderly travellers and if approved, an additional premium is payable per approval: $60 on International and $40 on Domestic & Advance Purchase plans.
Mature Age Travellers
We have a separate brochure for travellers 70 years and over. Where there is no Existing Health Disorder, policies can be issued on-the-spot without prior authorisation. Anyone 85 years and over, with or without Existing Health Disorders, must be assessed before a policy can be issued.
Luggage Cover
Built in, high cover from $2000 to $3000 for these popular items, at no extra cost on International plans. No need to see receipts/valuations at time of policy issue, only in the event of a claim.
Additional Luggage Cover
Specified items can be insured on both International & Domestic plans at extra cost of 4% of insured value up to $4000 for one item and up to $8000 in total. A current valuation/receipt needs to be shown prior to policy issue.
Rental Vehicle Excess
Provides cover up to your Plan limit for the amount payable to your rental company if the vehicle is damaged or stolen. Cover level can be increased up to $5000 on either International or Domestic plan. Insured driver of the rented vehicle must make sure that the rented vehicle has ‘comprehensive insurance’.
Motorcycling
Worldwide cover so long as the rider holds a current Australian Motorcycle Licence. (Australian licence not necessary if riding in Bali, Phuket, Koh Samui or Sri Lanka).
Thrillseekers
These and many other popular adventure activities are covered on all plans at no extra cost. Cover for most amateur ‘organised sport’ is also included.
One - Way Cover
For those travellers returning back to their homeland. Policies can be issued for durations up to a maximum of 32 days.
Advance Purchase Plan
Provides basic but essential cover for those non-refundable airfares as well as other prepaid travel arrangements.
